The Glenrothes 1970 is a single malt Scotch from The Glenrothes Distillery in Speyside, which has been making whisky since 1879.
The spirit is made with natural spring water from the distillery's estate and distilled in tall copper stills. The distillery has its own cooperage and uses a high proportion of first-fill European and American oak casks seasoned with sherry in Jerez, Spain.
The whisky is natural in colour.
