This is the 2023 release of The Glenturret 7 Year Old Peat Smoked, a peated single malt in a 70cl bottle. The expression takes its inspiration from the landscape around the distillery.
The sweetness of the new make spirit is central to its character, and it blends with fresh oak and sweet vanilla. Smoke stays soft rather than heavy, and it carries through into a long finish.
Tasting Notes
