The Heart Cut #04 is a single malt from M&H Distillery, Israel's first whisky distillery, bottled at 57% in a 50cl bottle.
It was distilled in February 2019 and bottled in March 2023, after maturing in a pomegranate wine cask near the Dead Sea. Only 398 bottles were filled, and 10% of the profits from each bottle go to Médecins Sans Frontières.
Medjool dates, salted caramel and cherry pie feature in the tasting notes, with vibrant, juicy character from the pomegranate wine cask.
