This is a 13-year-old single malt from Blair Athol in the Highlands, labelled 2011 and presented in a 750ml bottle as part of The ImpEx Collection.
The nose brings cherry blossom and ripe plum. On the palate there is a rich, creamy sherry sweetness with soft spices, toasted nuts and dried sultanas. The finish is lingering, with the flavour of cherry cordial.
