The Irishman 17 Year Old is a single cask Irish single malt, bottled at 56% ABV. Each bottle is numbered by cask, and only three casks are produced each year.
The whisky is triple distilled from a mash bill made entirely of Irish barley, is non-chill filtered, and was matured in first-fill sherry casks.
The nose offers dark chocolate, dried fruit and honey, with toasted oak, raisins, sherry and roasted hazelnuts alongside.
