The Irishman Founder's Reserve is an Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, and the original signature blend created by its founder, Bernard Walsh. It is a take on traditional Irish pot still whiskey.
The blend is 70% single malt and 30% single pot still, with no grain whiskey in it. It is triple distilled and matured in bourbon casks, and it won a gold medal at the International Spirits Challenge in London.
