The Irishman Harvest is an Irish whiskey that blends 70% single malt with 30% single pot still whiskey. It was previously sold as Founder's Reserve. It is made from 100% Irish barley and is triple-distilled.
This edition is a tribute to Irish agriculture and distilling, with the use of Irish barley at its centre. It is known for a creamy texture and flavours of apple pie, cereal grains and a hint of toasted oak.
