The Irishman Single Malt is an Irish single malt, bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. It is built on triple distilled Irish barley and has a honeyed character.
The spirit is matured in American oak bourbon casks and European oak Oloroso sherry casks, a combination that brings vanilla and dried fruit.
The nose has sultanas, apples, nectarines and plenty of vanilla ice cream. The palate offers maple syrup, biscuity malt, dried fruit and a light dusting of festive spice. The finish is peppery oak softened by buttery vanilla.
