The Irishman Single Malt is an Irish single malt whiskey, triple distilled and matured for over ten years in bourbon and Oloroso sherry casks. It is bottled at 40% abv in a 70cl bottle.
It was released as a limited edition of 6,000 bottles, each one individually numbered and signed.
The colour is amber. The nose is delicate, with malt carried on honey. The palate brings candied fruit, ripe figs, warming spices and vanilla, and the finish is silky, with dried raisins and spicy oak.
