The Irishman The Harvest (70cl, 40%)

The Irishman The Harvest is an Irish whiskey from Walsh Whiskey, formerly sold as Founder's Reserve. It blends 70% single malt with 30% single pot still whiskey, with no grain whiskey in the mix. It is triple distilled from 100% Irish barley and matured in American oak bourbon barrels. It is bottled at 40% in a 70cl bottle. The nose is zesty spice, black pepper and ripe peaches. On the palate come pot still spice, dark chocolate and bourbon oak, and the warming finish carries oak and butterscotch.
