The Irishman The Harvest is an Irish whiskey made by the Walsh Whiskey Distillery. It is a blend of single malt and single pot still whiskey, with no grain whiskey in the mix.
The whiskey is triple distilled and matured in ex-bourbon American oak casks.
The nose is delicate, with peach, apricot and ripe apple, plus light floral touches, vanilla and honey. The palate is soft and round, with sweet malt, light spice and yellow fruit. The finish is warm, clean and harmonious.
