The Justice is a straight bourbon whiskey from Indiana, aged for 14 years and bottled at barrel proof, which means undiluted at natural cask strength. It comes in a 750ml bottle.
The long maturation gives layered oak influence, balanced by natural sweetness and spice.
The notes describe a nose of rich caramel, toasted oak, dark vanilla and baking spice. The palate brings deep toffee, charred oak, cinnamon and mature barrel sweetness, and the finish is long and warming, with lingering spice and aged oak.
