This is a 30 year old single cask Caol Ila from The Kinship, a collection from Hunter Laing. It comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose shows honeydew melon alongside Maldon sea salt, smoked ham, bandages, candied almonds and Islay peat smoke. On the palate there is a gristy, malty note with lime zest, Seville orange, new leather and fine tobacco, along with the ashiness typical of Caol Ila. The finish is refined.
