Equinox is a Whiskymaker's Edition from The Lakes Distillery, released in a 70cl bottle. The series is made up of one-off releases that step away from the distillery's sherry-led signature style.
This edition takes its inspiration from the twilight between summer and autumn, and is meant to express balance, change and reflection.
It is described as light and golden, with fresh apricot and orange blossom giving way to warm apple turnover, orchard fruits and sweet spices.
