It is the last of a series of experimental bottlings that follow the distillery's progress towards a signature single malt. The series explores oak and blending, with each release shaped by a growing sherry cask influence. The distillery describes a nose of sandalwood, almond friands and orchard fruits with a touch of baking spice. The palate is rich and creamy, with honeyed fruits, currants and a hint of dark chocolate. The finish is creamy and fragrant, with warming spice and cocoa nibs.
