The edition departs from the distillery's classic sherry-led style, taking its inspiration from childhood trips to cake shops and Parisian patisseries.
On the nose there is jasmine and crème anglaise with pear, citrus zest and freshly baked madeleines. The palate is sweet vanilla and fresh pastries.
