The Last Drop Drew Mayville Signature Release (70cl, 60.7%)

Drew Mayville's Signature Release is a collaboration between The Last Drop and Drew Mayville, master blender at Sazerac. It blends vintage Kentucky straight bourbon and straight rye whiskies drawn from the vaults of Buffalo Trace Distillery. It is bottled at a cask strength of 60.7% without chill filtration, in a 70cl bottle, as a limited edition of 1,458 bottles. The nose offers candied fruit, orange zest, old leather and polished oak. The palate is rich and layered, with warming spice, deep fruit sweetness and mature oak, and the long finish closes on dark chocolate and lingering oak spice.
