The Lost Distillery Company Lossit Classic (70cl)

Lossit Classic is a Scottish whisky from The Lost Distillery Company, a producer that sets out to bring back the character of distilleries that have disappeared. It comes in a 70cl bottle. The company's method starts with archive research into what made each lost distillery distinctive. Its blending team then recreates that profile by blending single malts from distilleries that are still working in Scotland, drawing on two to three years of research and collaboration with around 80% of them.
