The Macallan 007 Diamonds Are Forever is a single malt Scotch whisky released for a 55th anniversary honouring James Bond. It is a limited edition from The Macallan, matured in oak casks, and its presentation takes inspiration from the film Diamonds Are Forever.
The nose is described as dried figs, raisins, polished oak, vanilla and gentle spice. On the palate come dark chocolate, toffee, orange peel, cinnamon and rich oak, and the finish is long and warming, with spice, oak and a little sweetness.
