This is an older style of Macallan 10 Year Old, matured exclusively in sherry oak casks and dating from the early 2000s. It has since been discontinued and comes in a 75cl bottle.
Its colour is pale gold. The nose is sweet toffee balanced with dried fruits and sherry. The palate is smooth, with dried fruits, sherry sweetness and wood smoke. The finish brings dried fruits, sweet toffee and a hint of wood spice.
