A 12 year old single malt Scotch whisky from The Macallan, matured exclusively in hand-picked sherry-seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain. It belongs to the Sherry Oak range.
The rich gold colour is natural, and comes from the sherry casks.
The nose is vanilla, dried fruit and a little oak. The palate is medium-bodied and balanced, with rich fruit, oak and warming spice. The finish is long, with sweet dried fruit, oak and lingering spice.
