The Macallan 15 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It is matured for a minimum of 15 years in a combination of American and European ex-sherry oak.
On the nose it shows classic dried fruit. The palate is creamy and honeyed, with thick-cut marmalade, cinnamon and warm pastries, and the finish is fruity with vanilla and sultana.
