The distillery's Curiously Small Stills shape the spirit before maturation. The nose is rich with raisins, dates, sultanas and ginger, alongside vanilla, cinnamon and orange zest. The palate is full-bodied and soft, with dark chocolate-coated ginger, dates and dried apricots. The finish is long, with dried fruit, spice and oak warmth.
