The 2021 annual release of The Macallan 18 Year Sherry Oak, a Speyside single malt made by the Macallan Whisky Mastery Team of Sarah Burgess and Steven Bremner.
It was matured for a minimum of 18 years exclusively in hand picked sherry seasoned oak casks from Jerez, Spain, made from European oak and seasoned with Oloroso sherry. It is bottled at 43% ABV in a 750ml bottle, with natural colour.
The black presentation box carries the flavour descriptor "Mature Oak. Ginger. Raisin."
