The Macallan 18 Years Sherry Oak Cask is a Speyside single malt matured for 18 years in ex-sherry oak casks, in a 70cl bottle.
Macallan is made near Easter Elchies House, at Craigellachie.
The nose brings red fruits, ginger, orange and cinnamon. The palate is soft and elegant, with dark chocolate, apricot and vanilla. It finishes long and lightly spiced, with ginger and a background of wood.
