The Macallan 2012 Estate Single Cask is a single malt from the Estate Single Cask Collection, made with barley grown on The Macallan's own estate. It was distilled on 23rd July 2012 and bottled on 26th November 2025 from a single European oak sherry butt, cask 15042/12.
Bottled at a cask strength of 58.1% ABV, it is natural colour and non-chill filtered. Just 615 bottles were produced.
The nose offers milk chocolate, sultana, cranberry, cacao nibs and orange oil. On the palate come Medjool dates, treacle, crystallised ginger, glacé figs, chocolate-covered espresso beans and rich oak, leading to a long, layered finish of dried fruit and mocha.
