The Macallan 30 Year Old Double Cask is a Speyside single malt from Scotland, bottled at 43% ABV in a 75cl bottle. It is matured in sherry-seasoned casks made from both American and European oak.
On the nose and palate there is cinder toffee, honeycomb and vanilla, followed by red apples, soft oak spice and gentle dried fruit. The texture is silky and the finish long and elegant.
