This is the Blue Bottling of the Macallan 30 Year Old Sherry Cask, a single malt Scotch whisky matured exclusively in sherry oak casks. It was bottled in the late 1990s.
It was the last sherry oak 30 year old Macallan to be released before the Fine Oak range replaced it; the expression was discontinued at that point.
