This is a 30 year old single malt from the Macallan distillery in Speyside, bottled between the 1990s and 2000s at 43% ABV in a 70cl bottle.
It was matured for a minimum of 25 years in a combination of bourbon and sherry oak casks, and has a rich mahogany colour.
The nose is rich with sherry, orange, clove, nutmeg and wood smoke. The palate is smooth, with dried fruits, sherry, orange and wood smoke. The finish is long, with dried fruits, wood smoke and spice.
