A limited-edition single malt from The Macallan, bottled at 43% in a 70cl bottle. It belongs to the Macallan Art Series and takes its inspiration from the designs of Charles Rennie Mackintosh, the Scottish architect and artist.
The whisky was distilled at the Macallan Distillery in Speyside and matured in hand-selected oak casks. The packaging carries floral artwork in the style of Mackintosh.
The nose is floral, with rose, heather, vanilla and dried fruit. The palate is silky, with orchard fruit, oak spice, honey and malt, and the finish is long, warming and floral with soft oak.
