The Macallan Classic Cut 2023 is a limited edition single malt from the Macallan Distillery in Speyside. The Classic Cut series shows a different side of the distillery's character each year, starting from the classic cut used to make its base whiskies.
The 2023 edition is matured in ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks and comes in a 70cl bottle.
The nose offers oak, grapefruit, ginger and cinnamon. The palate is fruity and lightly spiced, with caramel, chocolate and nuts.
