This is the 2024 edition of The Macallan Classic Cut, the eighth release in the distillery's annual Classic Cut series. The Macallan was established in 1824.
The single malt was matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned European and American oak and ex-bourbon casks.
The nose is typically described as rich vanilla, citrus peel and sweet oak. The palate brings baked custard, sweet green apple and vanilla.
