This is the 2025 release of The Macallan Classic Cut, a Speyside single malt bottled at 50.6% ABV in a 70cl bottle. The Classic Cut series began in 2017 as an annual limited edition.
The whisky was matured in European and American sherry casks from Jerez and bottled without chill-filtration.
The nose brings raisins, dried apricots, vanilla, citrus and spiced oak. The palate is rich and intense, with dried fruit, dark chocolate, orange peel and warming spices. The finish is long and warm.
