The Macallan Distil Your World Hong Kong Edition is a single malt in a 70cl bottle, created around the city of Hong Kong.
It was developed by Euan Kennedy, The Macallan's Lead Whisky Maker, together with the Roca brothers, owners of El Celler de Can Roca. Their journey through the city also shaped a menu by Joan Roca.
The whisky is described as bringing together ginger, spice and antique oak, balanced by the tropical brightness of mango and grapefruit.
