This is a limited-edition single malt Scotch whisky from The Macallan, in a 70cl bottle. It is the Paris release in the Distil Your World series, created by Lead Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell with the Roca brothers, owners of El Celler de Can Roca, as a response to the scents and flavours of the city.
It was matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned, bourbon and Cognac oak casks.
Sandalwood and gentle spices recall Parisian perfumeries, while buttery hints of baguette and brioche evoke its bakeries.
