A Speyside single malt aged for 18 years, in a 75cl bottle. It is part of the Double Cask range, in which the whisky is matured in two kinds of oak.
The spirit spends time in Sherry-seasoned ex-Bourbon barrels and in Sherry casks. The European oak contributes exotic spice, while the American oak adds vanilla. The Sherry brings flavours of dark chocolate and caramel.
