The Macallan – Edition No. 1 (75cl)

Edition No. 1 is the first release in The Macallan's annual Edition series, which began in 2015. It is a single malt without an age statement, bottled at cask strength. The Macallan made it in collaboration with Ilse Crawford, a furniture designer and creative director. Her approach to designing for human sensory experience guided the choice of casks. The pairing of the whisky team with an outside creative became the pattern for the editions that followed.
