The Macallan – Estate

The Macallan Estate is a Speyside single malt distilled from barley grown on the Macallan estate itself. It is described as a rich, complex whisky with an unusually long finish. The nose opens with cinnamon, oak and orange, moving into dried fruits, sweet lemon, banana and caramel. The palate is soft and warm, with candied raisin and fresh fig, then sweet fresh orange and a sweet citrus twist to close.
