The Macallan Harmony #3 Amber Meadow is a single malt from the Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. It is a limited one-off release at 44.2% ABV, in a 750ml bottle.
The whisky was matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks. The name Amber Meadow refers to the warm colour of the whisky and to the meadow landscape that inspired it.
The nose is described as fresh fruit, toasted oak and floral notes. The palate runs from ripe orchard fruit to honeyed sweetness, with subtle spice, and the finish is long, with warming spice and lasting oak.
