The Macallan – Harmony Collection Amber Meadow (70cl, 44.2%)

Amber Meadow is the third release in The Macallan's Harmony Collection, a single malt bottled at 44.2% in a 70cl bottle. It was created with Stella and Mary McCartney, in celebration of the fertile Scottish land and the people who have stood on it over generations. The presentation box and bottle labels are made from reclaimed meadow clippings, and the box carries Mary McCartney's photographs of The Macallan Estate. The colour recalls a summer evening. The nose is rich in orange and lemon, with honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. The palate shows rich oak, lemon, melon, classic scone, almonds and green tea. The finish is rich, sweet, long and complex.
