The Macallan – Harmony Collection Amber Meadow (70cl, 44.2%)

The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is a limited edition Speyside single malt, bottled at 44.2% vol. in a 70cl bottle. It is the third release in the Harmony Collection and was developed with Stella and Mary McCartney, drawing on the soils of Scotland and a family connection to the land. The whisky matured in sherry casks and bourbon barrels and has a light amber colour. The nose combines oranges, lemons, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley fields. The palate is full-bodied, with intense oak, lemon, melon, classic pastry, almond and green tea. The finish is long and complex.
