The Macallan – Harmony Collection Amber Meadow (70cl, 44.2%)

Amber Meadow is the third release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, a Speyside single malt created with Stella and Mary McCartney. It is bottled at 44.2% in a 70cl bottle. The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team drew on Scottish grasslands, warm meadows and ripe barley fields, and matured the whisky in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks. The colour is described as summer evening. The nose has rich orange and lemon, honeysuckle, vanilla, coconut and ripe barley. The palate shows rich oak, lemon, melon, scone, almond and green tea, and the finish is rich, sweet, long and complex.
