The Macallan – Harmony Collection Amber Meadow (70cl)

The Macallan Harmony Collection Amber Meadow is a single malt from the Macallan distillery at Craigellachie, in Speyside. It belongs to the Harmony Collection, a limited series of annual releases celebrating the bond between Macallan and nature. The whisky takes its inspiration from the Scottish countryside and is matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-sherry casks. The nose offers orange, lemon, vanilla and freshly harvested barley. The palate is soft and woody, with citrus, coconut, almonds and oak. The finish is complex and lightly spiced.
