The Macallan – Harmony Collection 'Amber Meadow'

Amber Meadow is the third annual release in The Macallan Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney. It celebrates the fertile lands of Scotland, and the presentation box and bottle label are made with discarded meadow cuttings. The whisky was matured in ex-sherry and ex-bourbon casks. The nose has honeysuckle, coconut and citrus peel, and the palate moves to almond, honeydew melon and green tea.
