Amber Meadow is a Speyside single malt from The Macallan, bottled at 44.2% in a 70cl bottle. It is the third release in the Harmony Collection, created in collaboration with Stella and Mary McCartney and celebrating the fertile lands of Scotland.
The whisky was matured in a combination of sherry-seasoned oak and bourbon casks. Its packaging is made using repurposed meadow cuttings.
The nose is orange, lemon, honeysuckle, coconut and warm barley. On the palate come melon, warm scones, almonds and green tea, with a soft, malty sweetness. The finish is smooth, gently citrus-led and warming.
