The Macallan Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut is a 2026 release and the sixth and final bottling in The Macallan's Harmony Collection, created by its Whisky Mastery Team through their choice and handling of casks. It is bottled at 46.3% ABV.
The coconut character comes from bourbon casks used together with sherry-seasoned American oak casks, whose wood holds a high level of lactose. It is a note rarely found in Macallan whisky.
Tasting notes list coconut, citrus, tropical fruit, vanilla, sweet oak and lime.
