The Macallan – Harmony Collection Inspired by Fresh Coconut Single Malt Scotch Whisky (75cl)

This is a Speyside single malt from The Macallan, the sixth and final release in the Harmony Collection. It appears alongside a companion expression, Inspired by Toasted Coconut, and draws on the TimeSpirit dining experience at The Macallan Estate, created with El Celler de Can Roca. The coconut character is not added. Master Whisky Maker Kirsteen Campbell guided it forward through cask selection, using Sherry-seasoned American oak casks alongside ex-bourbon barrels, as compounds in American oak bring out coconut notes during maturation. The official nose opens with fresh coconut water, the clean scent of a newly opened coconut.
