The Macallan Harmony Collection Intense Arabica is a single malt inspired by coffee and the journey of the coffee bean. The Macallan developed it with experts in the coffee ecosystem.
Whisky maker Steven Bremner took his lead from Arabica coffee, using whisky aged in both European and American oak casks. The presentation box is made from discarded coffee husks, as part of a search for more sustainable packaging.
The whisky is described as reminiscent of a sweet yet strong espresso.
