The Macallan Harmony Collection Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea is a limited edition Highland single malt, bottled at 44% ABV. It was made in collaboration with Jing Tea and takes its inspiration from Phoenix Honey Orchid oolong tea, though the whisky itself contains no tea.
The malt is matured in sherry-seasoned oak casks. It is natural in colour and non-chill filtered, and comes in packaging designed with the environment in mind.
The nose offers tea leaves, sweet floral notes and soft honey. On the palate there is rich oolong character with orchard fruits and toasted oak, and the finish is long and lightly spiced, with lingering florals.
