The Macallan – Harmony Collection V Inspired By Phoenix Honey Orchid Tea (75cl)

The Macallan Harmony Collection V is a single malt Scotch whisky in a 75cl bottle, inspired by Phoenix Honey Orchid, a tea from JING with dessert wine aromas and exotic fruit notes. Most of the whisky matured in sherry seasoned American oak casks, which gave fruity and floral flavours. Sherry seasoned European oak adds a roasted richness and a touch of astringency. A few casks that previously held bourbon add a final sweetness.
